With concepts ranging from food, coffee, a custom bike shop and even a seed library and ethnic grocer,
Rattan House is the perfect environment to grab a bite to eat, work remotely or hang out with the local community.
Through our simple motto of ‘easy food, easy drinks,’ Kapitirea aims to demonstrate what it means to eat well and do well. Our focus is to promote a circular economy, by sourcing ingredients from farmers and the Kalye Artisano community. Our menu will include wild yeast sourdough bread, freshly made artisanal pasta and Palawan-grown rice as the cornerstone of our food program, curated by our in-house chefs, Ashley Araneta and Ryan Teruel. The focus of our 2021 kitchen will be working with fishermen, poultry farmers and soya based proteins like tempeh. We hope you will enjoy our select menu of sandwiches, rice and pasta dishes with a few surprises and twists, inspired by our test kitchen.
Soul Kitchen the amazing Vegan concept by Ryan Alba that gives back to the community is now open daily from 11am to 8pm at Kalye Artisano.
Why do we love this concept so much? Apart from the delicious, fresh and vegan fishes, Soul kitchen donates a meal for every one purchased. The meals are donated to El Nido locals struggling through this hard time.
The Al Fresco Vegan dining experience that promotes organic farm to table and table to farm practices is also available for takeout and delivery.
