Returns and Exchange

We accept returns and exchange 15 days from the date of your order. If you buy the item in store, you only have 7 days from the date on your receipt.
Returns and exchange need to be approved – kindly email info@piopio.ph or visit us in store.
Receipts are necessary to process the return or exchange. You will not be entertained if you do not have your receipt.
PIOPIO does not offer cash refund for items that are returned. But we will give store credit that can be used up to 30 days after the date of your purchase.
Store credit is only equivalent to the item returned, shipping is not refundable.
All items must be unused and undamaged. Washing or altering the item in any way are considered damaged. It must be returned in its original condition, complete with hang tags.
The buyer is responsible for all return costs including shipping, duties and taxes.
